Waja33 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Waja33" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain waja33.top, along with all services, products, and applications offered under this brand.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the waja33 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile app, and all other digital channels used to access waja33's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the user on waja33, including credit balance, transaction history, and profile information.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account at any given time, excluding any bonus amounts that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus cash, or other benefits granted by waja33 to users as part of a promotion or loyalty program.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the mandatory identity verification process required to ensure platform security and compliance.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the waja33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. waja33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account suspected of being held by an underage individual.
• You must be an individual (not a company, corporation, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must register only one account only. Holding more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your profile information whenever any changes occur.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list issued by a relevant regulatory body.
• You must use a strong password and must not share your login credentials with any other party. waja33 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Waja33 is required under its international licensing framework to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all users. This process is part of our commitment to combating money laundering, fraud, and other illegal activities.

Documents that may be required for the KYC process include:

• Official identification document (MyKad, passport, or other recognised identity document)
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (card photo or e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie with your identification document if requested by the verification team

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. waja33 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from another source may be held for further investigation.

5 Withdrawal

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time through the "Withdrawal" section in your waja33 account. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within under 30 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and within 1–3 business days for manual bank transfers.
• Waja33 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Waja33 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Waja33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members as part of our loyalty program. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. The specific requirements for each promotion will be clearly stated on the respective promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used for playing on the waja33 platform and cannot be transferred to other users.
• Waja33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly if there is evidence of abuse.
• Members found exploiting the bonus system through hedge wagering, multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent method will forfeit all related bonuses and balances.
• The waja33 VIP Programme features multiple tiers with distinct benefits. VIP eligibility and entitlements may change at waja33's discretion.

7 General Game Rules

All games offered on the waja33 platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, bingo, and table games — are subject to the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified as fair.
• All settled game results are final and non-disputable, unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, waja33 will attempt to restore the game session. If this is not possible, the affected bets will be voided and the balance returned.
• Waja33 is not liable for any losses arising from internet or device disruptions on the user's end.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information and has been verified by independent auditors.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the waja33 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to exploit waja33 games or systems.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the operation of the waja33 platform in any way.
• Money laundering — using the waja33 platform as a channel to conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Filing an unauthorised chargeback through a bank or payment provider after deposited funds have been used for wagering.
• Impersonating another user or providing false identification details.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or systematically exploit bonuses.
• Transferring account balances to another user through methods not authorised by waja33.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any content from the waja33 platform for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from waja33.
• Use of the waja33 logo or brand name without authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Links to the waja33 platform from external websites are permitted, provided they are not deceptive or damaging to the waja33 brand reputation.

11 Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by applicable law, waja33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of our platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering or game outcomes
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance
• Data loss due to technical failure beyond waja33's control
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access due to the user's own negligence

Waja33's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Waja33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failed identity verification or submission of falsified documents
• Activities suspected to be related to money laundering or fraud
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• No account activity (inactive account) for more than 12 consecutive months

13 Responsible Gaming
